Job Summary
Ensure project activities align with company standards and quality, managing schedules, resources, and communications to meet deadlines and deliver successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all project activities comply with company standards and quality requirements
- Manage project schedules to meet deadlines at each stage and incorporate ad-hoc duties to minimize delays
- Lead meetings with customer representatives and project teams to align objectives and resolve issues
- Listen and respond effectively to team and client requests to maintain project progress
- Review and monitor project plans and schedules for continuity and completeness
- Maintain accurate daily activity records for project tracking and reporting
- Review and optimize manpower and equipment usage to maximize efficiency
- Ensure all changes to technical specifications are documented accurately and timely
- Identify opportunities to improve project performance, reduce costs, and maximize resource utilization
- Detect project problems, lead solution development, and ensure implementation of corrective actions
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all personnel assigned to the project
- Ensure team members understand the overall project strategy and priorities
- Manage communication processes between all parties involved in project activities
- Conduct regular team meetings to maintain team activities and morale
- Perform overall quality control of schedules, plans, and personnel performance, reporting project status to management regularly
- Enforce safety procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Other Information
- Work schedule: 5.5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Must be willing to work in the West region of Singapore.
