Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of assigned projects in security systems such as CCTV Surveillance System, Intrusion Detection System, Electronics Access Control System, Audio/Video Intercom System, etc
- Responsible for the implementation of installation, testing and commissioning of the security systems as per customer requirements within budget and delivery schedule commitments.
- Attend site meetings to monitor status of projects.
- To liaise with Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, Interior Designers, etc to provide accurate feedback on the progress of works, technical compliance to specifications and variation claims.
- Procurement of materials and delivery to site in a timely manner in accordance to site progress and within project's budget.
- Conduct detailed training to customers on the operational use of the installed, security systems.
- Ensure subcontractors on-site perform the work in accordance with the approved drawings and instructions as appropriate.
- Ensure shop drawings, floor plan drawings and single line diagrams are correctly updated for each project before handing over to Maintenance Department.
- Respond to and manage customer feedback/complaints and take corrective/preventive action.
- Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders on progress reports, forecasts, technical problems encountered, etc.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering related or IT Computer Science / networking related with 2 years of working experience
- Excellent project and people management skills
- Hands-on project execution and management experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good working knowledge on IP data network
