Job Responsibilities

Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications.
Inspect site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards.
Identify and prepare discrepancies in drawings to be highlighted to consultants.
Oversee projects and ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions.
Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, and regulatory specifications.
Coordinate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Possess a Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent.
Proficient in basic Autocad software.
Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Able to handle construction projects with commitment and dedication.
Good communication and written skills.
Required skill: Proficient in using Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients.
