A1 Main Contractor with a strong track record in large-scale building projects. As part of long-term succession planning, they are seeking a high-potential Project Engineer who is ambitious, hands-on, and ready to grow into future leadership roles within the business.

This role is ideal for candidates who aspire to progress beyond site execution and be groomed over time towards Project Manager, Project Director, and senior leadership positions.

• Assist the Project Manager in managing day-to-day site operations for building projects

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and compliance with specifications

• Support planning, scheduling, and resource coordination on site

• Prepare and review technical submissions, method statements, and shop drawings

• Attend site meetings and support reporting to management

• Proactively identify site issues and contribute solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering

• Building construction experience with a main contractor is required

• Strong learning mindset with the right attitude and ambition to grow

• Hands-on, resilient, and willing to take ownership on site
