Job Description

Position: Project Engineer (Building Automation / BMS / HVAC)
Location: International Business Park (Nearest MRT: Jurong East walking distance)
Working hours: 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6500 + AWS + Medical/ Dental Allowance + WFH Benefits
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

Support conceptual and detailed design of mechanical, electrical and BMS engineering works.
Assist in project planning, budget control and project execution.
Coordinate with main contractors and other contractors on BMS installation works.
Supervise subcontractors to ensure work quality and project standards are met.
Prepare site progress reports and project documentation, including method statements.
Ensure timely project handover while maintaining quality and cost effectiveness.
Ensure relevant installation drawings are available and properly used on site.
Review non-conformities and determine suitable corrective actions.
Resolve technical issues related to installation, testing and commissioning.
Support successful project completion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
At least 2 years of relevant project management or engineering experience will be advantageous.
Experience in BMS, building automation or data centre projects will be advantageous.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors and project teams.
Comfortable handling site coordination, documentation and project follow-up.
Willing to travel for work assignments when required.
