- Plan, co-ordinates and implements overall site works with sub-con and other related trades to carry out work safely.
- Identify and resolves all problems that arises on site.
- Assist Project Manager to organize and deploy resource/material for project.
- Attend site matters & complains related to project sites.
- Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval.
- Co-ordinate with sub-con and solve technical problems.
- To monitor the progress as well as co-ordination with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignment.
- To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
- Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site
Minimum 5 years Local Experience in Construction Industry
Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction related field
