Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

• Site planning, preparation and co-ordination on progress and schedule for timely completion.

• Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders to achieve project milestones, deliverables and schedule monitoring.

• Manage, control and monitor all project activities during design phase, site execution phase, testing & commissioning phase.

• Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning.

• Coordinate the safety management system on site.

• Follow up and reporting on the project progress.

• Prepare project documents for submission, Eg Technical submittal for design approval, MS/SWP, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Incident Report with solutions, etc.

• All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

• Familiar with semiconductor industry

• QA/QC background will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoint

• Familiar with AutoCAD

• Independent, problem solving, multi-tasking team player with good social and communication

• Good command of Mandarin language (spoken and written) will advantage.
