Job Summary

Design, coordination, and implementation of Mechanical Services for building projects, ensuring compliance with authorities and successful project completion through effective collaboration and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer Mechanical services to meet project requirements and standards for building projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, owners, and contractors to develop and implement project plans through to completion
• Develop detailed project designs and prepare drawings for authority submissions
• Prepare tender documents and technical drawings to support procurement processes
• Attend site progress meetings and resolve technical issues to maintain project timelines
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to complete assigned tasks within deadlines
• Liaise with authorities to obtain plan approvals and facilitate site inspections
• Conduct testing and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure operational readiness
• Manage system handover processes upon project completion to ensure smooth transition

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognized by PEB, Singapore
• Individuals with diplomas and recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience designing M&E building services, preferably including healthcare projects
• Knowledge of relevant design standards and local authority regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software
