Job Description And Responsibilities

Communicate with all Project Managers and Project staff
Update status of individual services
To plan and coordinate between clients, main contractors, colleagues, sub-contractors and vendors to schedule and sequence of work
Ensure deliverables is according to individual services
To update as-built drawing according to individual services
To understand and perform the requirement according to the local standard and comply to the authority's requirement
To carry work with good safe practice
To prepare submission of material and drawing
To prepare for shop drawing
To identify possible technical problems and seek for solution
To prepare all calculation for each trade
Prepare for Operational Maintenance Manual
Carry out testing and commissioning according to standard and client's requirement
To prepare variation report

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Architectural discipline
Well verse in CAD drawing and MS Office
Organized, responsible, good team player and initiative with positive work attitude
Good project management skills and able to work independently
Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and do overtime if necessary
