Job Responsibilities:
- Assists Project Manager/ Senior Project Engineer in project planning and to co-ordinate and oversee all work on the site.
- Study drawing, plans, specifications, and scope of work.
- Responsible for the submission of material samples and shop drawings.
- Monitoring closely of construction work progress, materials, plant, and equipment.
- Verification of material requisition and taking off quantities/site measurement.
- Prepare progress claim to the main contractor on monthly basis.
- Prepare payment certificate and verify subcontractor work progress.
- Ensure quality standards and Safety Requirements are adhered to.
- Work closely with the project team and resolve all technical issues.
- Familiar with calculations involving heating/cooling load, equipment sizing (MV& AHU), Electrical load, and external static pressure calculation
- Maintain, manage, and document according to ISO Standards.
- Able to execute multiple tasks and projects
- Other related duties, as assigned
