Job Description
Salary Range
- $3,500–$6,000
- 0–20% Performance-Based Bonus (PRP) per month
- 2% Medical Allowance per month
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Oversee construction activities on site, manage any changes to works, and review drawings to ensure designs are practical and effective.
- Manage all aspects of project management, including coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects.
- Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented.
- Serve as the main point of contact, attending meetings at the site with clients, the project team, and relevant authorities.
- Responsible for site supervision and implementation of project plans.
- Monitor project costing, budget, claims, and schedules to ensure financial and timeline targets are met.
- Manage and lead the project team to ensure site progress aligns with the project schedule.
- Ensure that Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) practices are always adhered to on site.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in mechanical works for a construction subcontractor (preferably ACMV).
- Proficient in reading and using AutoCAD drawings.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
