Project Engineer (ACMV)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project coordination and supervision of site M&E service include installation, testing & commissioning
• Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies, and preparing cost estimates
• Liaise & work closely with clients, main contractors on the progress of works
• Prepare construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements & local codes and regulations
• Schedule & monitor work program and activities to ensure target completion dates of works are met
• Liaise with supplier/ vendors/ subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery of materials
• Ensure a safe environment on-site or maintain all quality and safety records
• Supervise all works performed by subcontractors at the site to ensure that quality works are produced and meet client's requirement
• Be familiar with BIM, REVIT MEP, NAVIS Works, Autocad
• Able to do static calculation for ACMV system
• Other duties as assigned

Job requirements

• A least Diploma or above in Mechanical/Building Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in ACMV is preferred
