Project Engineer(ACMV/Electrical)

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Must be able to work and lead independently in a dynamic environment
• Min 3-4 years experience in construction-related industry
• Possessing a Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors would be preferable
• Able to liaise with clients and consultants on the project
• A team player, possess problem-solving, coordination and management skills
• Cost management of projects to be within budget
• Preliminary design and budgeting for Design and Build tenders
• Establish the sub-contract scope of work, detailing the construction schedule, budget plan and risk management matrix
• Any other tasks assigned by the management
