Responsibilities:
- Liaise and work closely with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure work progress meets project schedules
- Supervise site works and ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications
- Prepare reports and correspondence, including recommending corrective actions or value-added improvements where applicable
- Maintain daily work records, including tracking additional works and claims to clients and from subcontractors
- Assist in project coordination and execution of M&E works on site
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
(e.g. Singapore Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, SIT, BCA Academy, NTU, NUS) - Good team player with a strong willingness to learn, contribute, and grow with the company
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Willing to work a 5.5days work week
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore. Preference will be given to Singapore Citizens
