PROJECT ENGINEER (ACME)

Job Responsibilities:

• Project coordination and supervision of site installation, testing and commissioning
• Design Development & Calculation for Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation System
• Study drawing, plans, specification and scope of work.
• Work Assessment for Progress Claims and Sub-Contractor's payment
• Assists Project Manager in project planning and to co-ordinate and oversee all work on the site.
• Monitoring closely of construction work progress, materials, plant and equipment.
• Carry out site visit, attend site test and inspection and temporary work.
• Verification of material requisition and taking off quantities/site measurement.
• Ensure quality standard and Safety Requirements are adhered to.
• Work closely with project team and resolve all technical issue.
• Familiar calculation with heating/cooling load, equipment sizing (MV& AHU), Electrical load and external static pressure calculation
• Maintain, manage and document according to ISO9K & ISO45K Standards.
• Able to execute multiple tasks and projects
• Other related duties, as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Min 3 years working experiences in respective field
• Good interpersonal communication skill, innovative and result oriented
• Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment
• Willing to work long hours
• Ability to do multi task & Handle multiple job site
