Job Description

  • To ordinate and correspond with Clients, Architects, Engineers and Consultants.
  • To co-ordinate, correspond and supervise sub-contractors and project teams
  • Attend site meetings
  • Prepare, plan work schedule and monitor work progress
  • Supervision of construction progress and quality control/checking
  • Prepare monthly Progress Reports and Progress Claims
  • Supervise all structural and civil works
  • Liaise with clients consultants, RE and related personnel
  • Maintain and monitor quality control
  • Ensure workers maintain a clean, safe and orderly construction sites at all time
  • Prepare closing Inspection Reports for all completed construction
  • Establish Inventory Control methods and procedures to ensure availabilty of resources
  • Other Site Administration duties and ad-hoc assignments as and when required
