Project Engagement Manager specialising in the Healthcare industry (6-months role only)

This is a fixed-term role of 6-months only to support a fixed duration client project. The suitable candidate is expected to hit the ground running on the client project from day one due to theshort-term nature of the role.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work on teams and help the bestorganizations in the world- solve some of their most difficult problems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will be leading a team of 3 - 5 consultants to help ourclient achieve new performance highs (i.e., improved conversion costs) throughadoption and scaling of digital, Manufacturing Executive Systems (MES) and automationinitiatives.

You will lead the day-to-dayexecution of a medical device client's digital lighthouse blueprinting andimplementation project while guiding and developing individual team members. You'll work directly with our client - usually on site - and you'll takeownership of the overall project and its end products. You will beaccountable to the analysis, design, and implementation of the lighthousefactory, including digital use cases, MES capabilities, IT/OT architecturedesign, and implementation planning (using McKinsey's proprietary projectmanagement tool called Wave).

In a collaborative team setting, you'll work closely with others but alsoautonomously with little direction. Client project work typicallyincludes gathering and analysing information for the factory, formulating andtesting hypotheses, developing recommendations and driving impact vialeadership coaching and change management.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university withconsistent outstanding academic record Advanced degree or MBA ispreferred

. 6+ years of business management and/or business consultingexperience in a reputed company, including 3+ years of experience in strategyconsulting in a management consulting firm. As this is a short-term roleinvolving work on urgent projects, experience working in a top-tier managementconsulting firm is highly advantageous.

. Digital manufacturing and experience rolling out ManufacturingExecutive Systems (MES)implementation experience in multiple sites and redesigning processes to driveproductivity

. 3 - 5 years of lean manufacturing experience

. 3 - 5 years of automation experience in manufacturing orwarehousing setting

. Asthe project may involve working with representatives of our client's otheroffices in Asia Pacific, prior work experience in other Asia Pacific countries isadvantageous.

. Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited tostrategy, product development, project management, marketing and sales,etc. Knowledge of/familiarity with top-tier consulting firm methodologies

. Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment, with aminimum experience of 1-2 years of leading a team

. Proficiency in these technologies for internal and externalcommunications: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Box and SharePoint.
