At our Singapore site on Jurong Island, we operate a state-of-the-art integrated chemical manufacturing facility supporting customers across the Asia-Pacific region. As part of our continued growth and operational excellence journey, we are looking for a Project E&I Engineer to join our Technical Services team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and execute Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) projects and Management of Change (MOC) activities across the plant
- Coordinate closely with operations, maintenance, process, HSE, contractors, and engineering stakeholders throughout project execution
- Prepare project deliverables, cost estimations, schedules, and technical documentation
- Monitor and coordinate project execution activities, contractor performance, and site works to ensure safe and timely completion
- Review and validate engineering drawings, technical specifications, and vendor documentation
- Support procurement activities including RFQs, technical clarifications, and contractor/vendor evaluations
- Participate in troubleshooting, improvement projects, and plant reliability initiatives
- Ensure compliance with plant HSEQ standards, engineering practices, and regulatory requirements
- Support continuous improvement and documentation update initiatives within the department
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience within petrochemical, chemical manufacturing, refinery, pharmaceutical, or heavy industrial environments preferred
- Hands-on experience with Electrical & Instrumentation systems, projects, maintenance, or plant operations
- Familiarity with DCS/FGS/SIS systems and industrial instrumentation will be advantageous
- Knowledge of IEC standards, Singapore standards, and industrial safety requirements
- Experience with project coordination, contractor management, and field execution activities preferred
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship or industrial exposure may also apply
