Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners to ensure optimal performance, engagement, and long-term satisfaction.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and onboarding new retail partners to expand market reach.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement in-store promotions, campaigns, and successful product launches.
Monitor sales trends, analyze competitor activities and customer preferences, and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Conduct product training and educate retail staff on product features and benefits to ensure effective product representation and stronger sales execution.
Requirement:
Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in retail channel sales within the IT peripherals, electronics, or consumer goods industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
