Allocating and managing resources, including staff and financial budgets, across various projects.

Team Leadership:

Providing leadership and management to project managers and teams, ensuring cohesive and high-performing groups.

Budget & Financial Management:

Overseeing and managing the project budget, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring projects stay within financial parameters.

Stakeholder Management:

Building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external parties to ensure satisfaction and collaboration.

Risk Management:
