Singtel Digital InfraCo's RE:AI division is building Asia's most advanced and sustainable AI infrastructure ecosystem through our GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) platform, enabling large-scale AI and hyperscale workloads across the region.

We are looking for a Project Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex GPU and AI factory initiatives—from design and build through to operationalisation and service excellence.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of AI, data centres, and cloud infrastructure, working with strategic customers and senior stakeholders across the ecosystem.

As a Project Director, you will be responsible for leading, governing, and delivering end-to-end GPU- and AI-factory initiatives on GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) platform. This includes overseeing the full project and service lifecycle—from initiation and design through build, integration, transition to operations, and steady-state service delivery—ensuring solutions are delivered with high quality, within approved scope, on schedule, and in full compliance with agreed processes, standards, security requirements, and customer service commitments.

You will also play a key role in supporting customer engagements and business growth by providing project delivery leadership, contributing to tender and pre-sales activities from a delivery and operational perspective, and ensuring that proposed GPUaaS solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with Singtel's platform standards and service capabilities.

Lead End-to-End Delivery

• Own the full lifecycle of GPUaaS projects—from initiation, design, and build to transition into operations
• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
• Oversee integration across the full stack: hardware, GPU clusters, platforms, applications, and workloads

Drive Execution Excellence

• Govern project plans, financials, risks, and resources across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Ensure service readiness, operational stability, and adherence to security and compliance standards
• Lead the transition from build to steady-state operations with clear service KPIs

Stakeholder & Customer Leadership

• Act as the senior interface for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Manage complex escalations and drive resolution across technical and commercial dimensions
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with key clients

Support Business Growth

• Partner with sales and account teams on pre-sales and tender activities
• Provide delivery and operational insights to shape scalable, feasible solutions
• Identify opportunities to expand services and enhance customer value

Skills For Success

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management or relevant fields
• Proven experience in project management/delivery with proven track records in data centre and AI infrastructure projects. Experience in delivering projects based on GPU, AI, HPC, or Cloud infrastructure will be an advantage
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end
• Strong leadership in managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Experience in commercial environments (tenders, contracts, enterprise delivery)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Professional project management certifications or equivalent will be an advantage
