Manage entire project teams from award to handover
Overall responsible for successful conclusion of multiple construction projects
Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to Project Managers to implement decisions
Meeting with Clients, Stakeholders and Project Managers to report on project progress
Liaise with client and consultants to resolve any critical issues, budget control and build strong working relationships
Devise cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
Manage risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
Requirements:
Possess a recognized degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or other relevant built environment disciplines from an accredited institution
Min 20 years of project management experience in Construction industry
Possess proven experience and strong track record in managing and delivering large-scale, complex projects, preferably within airport/aviation related development, high-security facilities, or integrated resorts environments
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Positive attitude and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Able to communicate in English and Japanese language (to handle queries and feedback from Japanese speaking associates/clients)
