Key Responsibilities
. Lead the successful delivery of mid to large-scale projects, from design through to completion and handover.
. Develop and implement project execution strategies, budgets, schedules, and risk management frameworks.
. Build and lead multi-disciplinary project teams, ensure smooth timely communication with internal stakeholders.
. Drive quality assurance, safety, sustainability, and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
. Oversee tender processes, contractual documentation, subcontractor engagement, and project performance against cost, time, and quality metrics.
. Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and timely resolution of project issues.
. Lead commissioning, testing, handover, and post-completion works.
. Foster innovation by adopting new technologies and driving continuous improvement in project delivery.
. Champion organisational values by developing talent, managing team performance, and supporting long-term business growth.
Qualifications & Experience
. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related building discipline from a recognized institution.
. Minimum 20 years of experience in managing complex building projects, with at least 10 years in a Project Director or equivalent leadership role.
. Demonstrated success in delivering full-cycle projects, including at least one project exceeding $100million in value.
. Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulatory frameworks, authority submission requirements, and contract management (SIA, PSSCOC).
. Preferably accredited as a Construction Professional (A-Star certified) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP).
. Proven track record in commercial, institutional, and residential developments.
. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
. Commitment to workplace safety, environmental sustainability, and high-quality standards.
