About the Role

As the Product & R&D Project Director (PMO), you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the company's core products and R&D initiatives, driving integrated product and research collaboration and strategic implementation. We are looking for a professional with a strong technical background and extensive experience in product and R&D management, who understands both technical architecture and product logic, and possesses outstanding team leadership and organizational skills. Join us, and you will directly participate in our global FinTech business expansion, leading a team to create industry value in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and delivery of product and R&D teams, driving product-R&D synergy and ensuring the implementation of core business projects.
• Build and manage the PMO, establishing standardized processes, systems, and tools to enhance overall R&D efficiency and delivery quality.
• Based on a deep understanding of technical architecture and product logic, promote cross-departmental collaboration to solve complex technical and business problems.
• Coordinate the company's key project portfolios to ensure high alignment with strategic goals, covering the entire process from product design, R&D, and testing to delivery.
• Build an efficient product and R&D PMO team, cultivate key talent, and enhance overall team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in Tech and project PMO, proven success in delivering large-scale internet/FinTech projects.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage across different regions and multiple business lines.
• Strategic vision, strong execution capabilities, and excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills to drive complex projects to completion in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Occasional travel may be required.
