Join a dynamic leadership team as a Project Director, where you will oversee high-value interior fit-out projects, ensuring a seamless execution from inception to completion. This role emphasizes strategic leadership and operational efficiency in delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale interior fit-out projects throughout Singapore and ASEAN, ensuring alignment from tender to handover and defects management. Monitor project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, cost efficiency, and quality standards. Collaborate closely with Production Managers to align factory output with project timelines and optimize resource utilization. Manage financial governance, including project P&L, budget forecasting, and contract negotiations. Serve as a senior escalation point for key clients, conducting presentations and building long-term relationships to enhance brand positioning. Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting succession planning. Ensure compliance with Singapore's regulatory standards, prioritizing safety and quality throughout project lifecycles. Contribute to business strategies, focusing on tender strategies and value engineering initiatives to aid project acquisitions.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Architecture, or a related field. A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in construction or interior fit-out projects. At least 5-8 years in a senior leadership capacity with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects. Strong experience in fast-track project environments and design & build delivery models. Demonstrated success in managing project portfolios in the range of S$10M to S$50M+.
