Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Project Director to join our organization in Singapore. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale projects while driving organizational success through exceptional planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement. As Project Director, you will champion innovation, foster collaboration across diverse teams, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives and governance standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and strategic roadmaps that align with organizational priorities and business objectives
- Lead project execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring coordinated delivery and transparent progress tracking against key performance indicators
- Drive cross-functional collaboration among engineering, architecture, security, business, and vendor teams to align requirements, resolve dependencies, and maintain momentum toward project goals
- Manage project budgets, resources, and financial oversight to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and issues proactively, maintaining detailed RAID logs and implementing strategic mitigation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and structured governance meetings, including stand-ups, sprint reviews, technical workshops, and executive steering committees
- Provide clear, transparent leadership updates to senior stakeholders on project scope, delivery progress, blockers, and risk mitigation strategies
- Embed quality assurance, compliance checkpoints, and enterprise security standards into the delivery lifecycle
- Support organizational change management initiatives and drive stakeholder adoption and satisfaction
- Mentor and develop project team members, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive team environment
- Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and third-party integrations to ensure seamless project execution
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, documentation standards, and best practices across the organization
Qualifications
**Required Experience:**
- 7+ years of progressive experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Technical Project Manager in enterprise IT, infrastructure, or complex organizational projects
- Proven track record successfully delivering large-scale platform, infrastructure, or transformation projects involving multi-team coordination and cross-functional execution
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
- Strong experience managing stakeholder relationships at executive and operational levels, including vendor coordination and partnership management
- Solid background in risk management, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Experience with budget management, financial oversight, and resource allocation in enterprise settings
- Demonstrated capability in change management and driving organizational adoption of new initiatives

- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and technical infrastructure concepts
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)

- Familiarity with Agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks)
