Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Lead the planning and implementation of large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Oversee project execution, progress monitoring, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual, safety, and regulatory obligations.
- Provide leadership and direction to Project Managers, Engineers, and Site teams.
- Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support staff training and development.
- Mentor and groom future leaders within the Project Department.
- Supervision and management of the project team to complete works within budget and within the time frame, in accordance with company plans, standards and specification.
- Oversee project operation from conception, to completion including handover to clients.
- Manage communications and negotiations with client, architects, engineers and contractors throughout design, development and construction.
- Set and adjust priorities to meet the Company's strategic plans, goals and drive the project forward pro-actively.
- Provide regular updates, reports, recommendations and analysis to Management standards.
Job Requirements :
- Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experiences in LTA (MRT) relevant projects
- Good leadership skills, project management, budget management etc
