Project Director

A highly experienced and strategic Project Director to join our senior management team. The PD will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of our projects.

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Geotech work scope: Diaphragm Wall, Bored Piling, DSM, JGP, sheet piling, etc such that operations run smoothly, efficiently and in line with the project team's requirements or at the direction of the Chief Operations Officer.
• Determine inventory/ purchasing/machinery/ personnel and other resources needs eg. Ascertain/ decide the right resources for the right job.
• Monitor existing direct work processes and analyze its effectiveness.
• Create strategies to improve productivity and efficiency of the direct work.
• Perform costing and tendering of Foundation / Ground Improvement Work for the company.
• Together with the HR Department, coordinate with the various project sites on their manpower matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by HOD or Management.
• The duties and responsibilities stated may be revised from time to time according to the company's operational requirements.

Job Requirements

• At least a Degree in relevant field related to the construction industry.
• At least 10 to 15 years of working experience in construction, operation or logistics, especially in Bored Piling and Geotechnical engineering works.
• Strong Leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to represent and make timely decisions.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, financial management, and change control.
• Strong understanding of contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Willing to work in Changi area.
