We are seeking a
Project Director
to oversee the planning, execution, and overall management of multiple construction projects. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, meeting safety, quality, and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects from planning to completion
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
- Guide and support Project Managers and site teams
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company standards
- Liaise and maintain good communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Resolve project issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth delivery
- Improve project execution efficiency and overall operational performance
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of construction processes and safety standards
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
