Manage and direct projects, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Guide and support project manager in day-to-day execution, providing clear direction on priorities, decision-making, and issue resolution.
Develop realistic project plans, schedules, and delivery strategies aligned with business objectives and operational constraints.
Coordinate with senior management, clients, subcontractors, internal teams, and the Korean head office through regular reporting and meetings to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
Monitor project risks, issues, and changes, and implement practical mitigation and change control actions as required.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, regulatory standards, and internal procedures throughout project execution.
Track project performance, including cost control, resource allocation, and progress against key milestones, and take corrective action when needed.
Establish and maintain consistent project management processes, tools, and reporting standards.
Provide coaching, feedback, and on-the-job support to project team members to improve performance and delivery capability.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognized by PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer.
Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in civil infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, railways, metro systems, and tunnels.
At least 10 years experience in managing design and construction teams.
Fluent in both Korean and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional project environment.
