Oversee end-to-end project management from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring seamless coordination.
Chair meetings with clients, consultants, architects, engineers and subcontractors, etc. to resolve any design/budget/technical issues that might derail the project delivery, and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Direct all site activities of site staff, subcontractors and suppliers, etc., and manage the communication between different groups to ensure timely response to project requirements.
Develop and implement project strategies, mitigating risks and resolving site challenges.
Draw up corrective measures when the building works are off schedule.
Co-ordinate building inspections by relevant authorities.
Ensure strict compliance with BCA regulations, workplace safety, and contract requirements.
Manage and deliver projects within project timeline and budget, as well as the framework of risk and environmental considerations.
Conduct site inspections regularly to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Monitor project cost control, procurement, and financial performance.
Manage work delivery and resources based on the resource allocation and project schedules.
Manage construction project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings and change orders.
Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including milestones and any significant developments or risks.
Ensure that as-built drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final close-outs to Consultant/Client accordingly.
Review construction progress and address the needs of the stakeholders at various stages of the project.
Develop an alternate plan for completing a job if needed.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including clients, authorities, and internal teams.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction processes.
Establish, develop and maintain customer relationship expand projects opportunities.
Develop and maintain network with consultant, subcontractors, and clients.
Preparation of proposals, tenders and quotations based on project requirements and close monitoring of project execution to optimize profitability and maximize customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings and keep abreast of latest market development.
Able to market company portfolio to potential clients.
Strong ability to identity and secure projects to support company growth.
Strong project management experience in construction industry, including handling full project lifecycle.
Willing to travel to various job site and send workers to allocate job site if needed.
