Job Qualifications:
Master's degree in civil engineering, specialising in geotechnical works and Hydro geomechanics.
At least 20 years of experience in geotechnical and civil engineering projects, including leadership roles in major infrastructure works.
Extensive experience as Project Director for major railway or metro projects.
Proven success managing complex works such as diaphragm walls, deep foundations, tunnelling interfaces, dewatering, ground freezing, micro piling, and earthworks.
Experienced operating within joint ventures on large scale projects.
Strong operational and business management experience in a geotechnical-focused business unit.
Able to lead a multicultural and multilingual team.
