Project Designer

Key Responsibilities

.Meet clients to understand project requirements and manage day-to-day project coordination.

.Prepare, review, and manage project quotations based on design and construction scope.

.Prepare and revise project drawings, including layout plans, construction drawings, and on site modification drawings.

.Coordinate and review layout, construction drawings, and on-site details to ensure accuracy and buildability.

.Lead coordination with subcontractors and contractors, including work sequencing and site scheduling.

.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and site safety.

.Identify site issues early and coordinate effective solutions to avoid delays and rework.

.Manage material orders, delivery schedules, and site readiness to support smooth execution.

.Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.

.Manage defect inspections, rectification works, and project handover to clients.

.Maintain proper project documentation and provide regular progress updates to management.
