PROJECT DESIGN ENGINEER

1. Studying drawings, specifications, and contracts to comprehend project requirements.

2. Preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings for main contractors.

3. Creating production drawings, assembly drawings, and cutting lists for metal products.

4. Liaise with Production for the fabrication process.

5. Ordering materials using the electronic purchasing system.

6. Estimating raw materials for production.

7. Ensuring products comply with HDB & BCA specifications and requirements.

8. Assisting in preparing Construction Method Statements and other technical proposals.

9. Coordinating with the architect and site engineer to resolve problems and issues.

10. Preparing fabrication drawings for Facade works.

11. Preparing drawings and 3D models for construction, coordination, and as-built purposes, and identifying clash detection within Archi & Structural.
