Project Manager Support -Update and maintain the overall project financial report on a monthly basis. -Track and monitor project costs incurred monthly to ensure accuracy and completeness. -Collaborate with the Project Manager to forecast future project costs and expenditures. -Prepare and update project controlling reports, including: Financial status -Forecasted spending - Cash flow projections
Work closely with EPCM contractors to: -Review and validate monthly claims - Forecast upcoming costs - Provide weekly financial status updates to the Project Manager, including: - Cost performance - Risks and issues - Financial forecasts - Partner with the Site Finance team to ensure compliance with financial requirements, including: - Value of Work Done (VOWD) accruals -Asset capitalization -Project closure documentation
