Overseeing daily on-site work.

Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings (architectural, structural, M&E).
Maintaining a safe working environment on-site.
Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
