Duties
- Lead multiple process improvement projects, collaborating with senior executives and operating teams.
- Identify customer needs and key drivers to achieve customer satisfaction goals with financial benefits.
- Perform business process mapping and analysis.
- Partner with the leadership team to select improvement areas, develop a robust improvement strategy, and integrate recommendations with other programs and initiatives.
- You will work directly with the customer operations team to understand safety concerns and system issues. Additionally, conduct fact-finding sessions during weekly rigour meetings.
Core Objectives

Essential Experience And Criteria
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Google Sheets, Google Slides)
- Experience in using tools such as PowerBI and similar applications.
- Skilled in process mapping and managing brainstorming sessions to derive potential solutions.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in project management,
- Project management experience, ideally with PMP certification or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Ability to use Google sheet & able to analysis and consolidate data within Google sheet
- Able to be independent and work with stakeholder directly to implement initiatives
- Able to conduct workshop, brainstorming session, rigour session to drive outcome and conclusion.
