Job Description

  • Support on commercial project and working with different stakeholder within the workstream.
  • Lead 1-2 projects for contact reduction in any of the lines of business
  • Adhoc support for any other team members in terms of analysis, conduct rigour, fact finding and workshop coordination

Duties

  • Lead multiple process improvement projects, collaborating with senior executives and operating teams.
  • Identify customer needs and key drivers to achieve customer satisfaction goals with financial benefits.
  • Perform business process mapping and analysis.
  • Partner with the leadership team to select improvement areas, develop a robust improvement strategy, and integrate recommendations with other programs and initiatives.
  • You will work directly with the customer operations team to understand safety concerns and system issues. Additionally, conduct fact-finding sessions during weekly rigour meetings.

Core Objectives

  • Support on commercial project and working with different stakeholder within the workstream.
  • Lead 1-2 projects for contact reduction in any of the lines of business (e.g. GrabFood).
  • Adhoc support for any other team members in terms of analysis, conduct rigour, fact finding and workshop coordination.

Essential Experience And Criteria

  • Proficient in Google Suite applications (Google Sheets, Google Slides)
  • Experience in using tools such as PowerBI and similar applications.
  • Skilled in process mapping and managing brainstorming sessions to derive potential solutions.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in project management,
  • Project management experience, ideally with PMP certification or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Ability to use Google sheet & able to analysis and consolidate data within Google sheet
  • Able to be independent and work with stakeholder directly to implement initiatives
  • Able to conduct workshop, brainstorming session, rigour session to drive outcome and conclusion.

  • You will lead lean action workout sessions with process stakeholders, collaborating with stakeholders to identify gaps, brainstorm solutions, and implement impactful action plans.
  • You will conduct insightful process benchmarking exercises, setting new standards of excellence and driving continuous improvement.
  • You will collect metrics and leverage data-driven insights to establish performance baselines, monitor performance, and identify and implement action plans to improve performance.
  • You will bridge the gap between functional and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing productivity, by creating to-be target process maps and functional designs to improve team productivity.
  • You will lead transformative large-scale projects to improve project delivery throughput, enhance process capability, and reduce cycle time
  • You will collaborate directly with internal process owners, Team Leads, and project teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and achieve outstanding results.

Desirable

  • Experience in project management and six-sigma related projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
