Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
. Responsible for the overall project site management, planning, and execution

. Work closely and manage own workers, subcontractors, and Project managers

. Administer all site works including contract administration, management of delivery, and progress of the project to ensure the quality of work and safety regulations are compiled according to BCA/MOM requirements

. To attend site meetings, attend client's briefing/site measurement

. To ensure the profit margin is achieved accordingly the set target

. Receives requests obtains estimates updates records initiates paperwork to maintain proper documentation and follows up on requests for approval of work not previously covered in the contract processes and obtains approval of contract changes.

Requirements:

• Min. 3-5 years experience in construction, with landed houses project, will be advantaged

• Able to read structure and ID drawings, furniture detailing

• Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines

• PC literate - proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD

• Having CSCPM certificate and other construction safety certificates will be an advantage
