Project Coordinator / Site Supervisor

Job Description

. Liaise with all agencies and authorities to facilitate work progress such as LTA, PUB, SLA, HDB, SP Group, N parks, and all the telecommunication authorities.

. Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily project and site works.

. Planning and coordinating trenchless method pipe laying and open-cut works.

. Efficiently organizing the site facilities to meet agreed deadlines.

. Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures implemented at the work site

. Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.

. Ensure the team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions.

. Preparation and submission of daily progress reports.

. Verify the As-built drawings & Prepare claim documents.

. Attend weekly meeting and present work plans to clients

. Serve as a liaison with clients and other stakeholders to maximize efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

. Maintaining comprehensive site records to track the progression of watermain diversions and pipe-laying works.

. Preparing detailed shutdown plans for watermains, facilitating the connection of newly laid watermains and the capping of those scheduled for abandonment.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction Sector preferably in Gas Pipes / Water Pipes
