Responsibilities:
- Supervise and track project progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with contract specifications.
- Liaise with subcontractors on all project-related matters.
- Engage with clients and manage expectations effectively.
- Implement and oversee quality control processes to meet project standards and industry regulations.
- Manage project closeout activities, including inspections, documentation, and client handover.
- Foster positive team spirit and morale within the project team.
- Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance at all work sites.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in site coordination and project management.
- Background in Interior Design, Carpentry, or Joinery is advantageous.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Availability to commence work on short notice.
- Candidate must be open for 6 working days
