Project Coordinator

Jobs Description:

• Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including progress reports and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, procurement, and site operations) to support smooth project execution.
• Support communication between the project team, clients, and relevant stakeholders.
• Help implement site health, safety, and environmental procedures, and flag/resolve project issues or risks in a timely manner.

Requirement :

• Hold a relevant diploma or degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Have 1-3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator (or similar) role within the interior fit-out industry.
• Demonstrate strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in project management tools/MS Office and a working knowledge of construction processes, project management practices, and industry regulations.
