Job Description

Key Responsibilities - PMO Administration & Support

  • Manage staff onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Oversee asset management and tracking

  • Update and maintain PMO systems and tools (e.g., SharePoint, Excel trackers)

  • Maintain PMO documentation, templates, project registers, and shared repositories

  • Coordinate project gatherings, townhalls, review meetings, and governance sessions

  • Act as the central point of contact for PMO-related inquiries

  • Support implementation of new PMO processes and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

  • 3-4 years of experience in project administration, PMO support, or IT operations (preferred)

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
