Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects
Coordinate project documentation including contracts, permits, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Maintain and update project schedules and track progress against milestones
Communicate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and assist with cost reporting
Support procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of materials
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
Review and organize project files to ensure accuracy and completeness
Assist in resolving on-site issues and escalating concerns when necessary
Prepare progress reports and project status updates
Coordinate inspections and support project closeout documentation
