PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job Description:

The role will be primarily responsible for project management and its delivery as the main focus of his/her duty. He/She will be part of the Delivery Team, to help maintain relationship with existing customers and partners, and to upkeep the quality of the service delivery during the project phase.

The personnel will also be the liaison with other teams (overseas if necessary) and able to understand all technical aspect of the solution and apply them to support the project delivery with utmost quality.

He/She will also need to pick up documentation task, along with issue support and escalation during the project execution phase.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and update the master list based on project site assignment.
• Arrange site surveys with different site stakeholder, the hardware vendor, and the Project Technical Lead.
• Track and update all process Approval status.
• Coordinate hardware delivery from the vendor warehouse to different site.
• Arrange deployment rescheduling for site and coordinate all ad-hoc changes to meet the planned schedule.
• Coordinate project timeline extensions for sites unable to complete the initial schedule.
• Update the master list daily based on completed activities and work tasks.
• Send project communications to each site, HQ, and various key project stakeholders.
• Perform project coordination tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

• Mature thinking Compose and Self-discipline individual.
• Advantage to have proven working experience in project, especially so in Government Project with at least 1 full cycle of delivery, with value above $1M dollar.
• Ability to travel to different site for coordination work as and when required.

Technical Competency:

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (eg: Project, Excel, SharePoint, etc).
• Background in IT (eg: Network and Infra) will be advantages.
• Good understanding of project timeline, key work task, process and reporting format.

Education:

• Diploma/Degree in related discipline preferred but not essential.
• IT Certification or other Domain focus on Project Management (eg: PMP,ITIL, etc) Certification will be an advantage.
