Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Assist the Site Supervisor by organizing daily worker workflows, coordinating with the main contractor, preparing AutoCAD cutting lists based on site conditions, reallocating workers between sites, and coordinating equipment needs for upcoming tasks.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily work schedules for workers to ensure efficient task completion
• Coordinate site activities and communication with the main contractor to maintain workflow alignment
• Prepare detailed cutting lists using AutoCAD based on actual site conditions to support accurate material use
• Transfer workers between sites as needed to meet project demands and maintain productivity
• Coordinate with workers to identify and secure required equipment for upcoming work phases
