Project Coordinator (Material Handling & Warehouse Solutions)

Job Responsibilities

• Hands-On Site Execution - Conduct site surveys, take measurements, assist with installation, troubleshoot onsite issues and carry out rectification work when required.

• Site Supervision - Supervise the team, monitor work progress, ensure installation quality and resolve daily site issues.

• Safety & Compliance - Prepare and review Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and Permit-to-Work (PTW) documentation. Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and customer safety requirements.

• Project Coordination - Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, installation schedules and site access arrangements to ensure timely project execution.

• Documentation & Reporting - Prepare site inspection reports, installation checklists, safety documentation, progress reports and project handover records.

• Communication & Escalation - Liaise with customers, contractors and internal teams. Provide regular project updates to the Team Lead and escalate technical, safety or scheduling issues promptly.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in site supervision, industrial installation or project coordination.

• Hands-on experience in installation, site measurements and troubleshooting.

• Familiar with RA, SWP, PTW and Singapore WSH requirements.

• Able to prepare project documentation and site reports independently.

• Able to read basic technical drawings.

• Able to coordinate contractors and manage daily site activities.

• Experience in warehousing, material handling equipment or industrial installation is an advantage.

• Relevant WSH certifications as required for the assigned site duties.

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence to travel between project sites, transport tools and materials, and support onsite project activities.
