Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our utilities and civil projects. Acting as the vital link between project teams, clients, and stakeholders, you will ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional results.
- Assist the Project Manager/Engineer with project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of tasks and milestones.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including operations teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate daily and weekly work plans with relevant project stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project records and prepare weekly reports, monthly progress reports, and claim documentation.
- Review daily progress photographs and ensure all required photos for claims are captured consistently.
- Identify potential issues or risks and promptly escalate them to the Project Manager.
- Ensure updated drawings and documents are circulated to clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the operations team in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with authorities, agencies, and utility owners to obtain necessary approvals prior to commencement of works.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and handling ad-hoc assignments effectively.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department or senior management in line with business needs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in project coordination for utilities projects; experience with HDD, 66kV, 230kV, or 400kV projects is a plus.
- Pavement Supervisor registration is an advantage.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and ad-hoc assignments effectively.
- Possession of a valid Class 2 or Class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage to support site mobility.

- Work Schedule: 6-day work week.
