Job Purpose
Reporting to the Project Manager of Infra Management Office, the Project Coordinator will be a key member of the team to support project managers in planning, executing, and completing Infrastructure projects on time and within budget. The Project Coordinator will ensure smooth coordination between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the project Coordinator will maintain project organization through effective documentation, scheduling, and communication management, and also track project progress and provide detailed updates to project managers and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor daily project progress and track milestones, deliverables, and task completion
- Coordinate and schedule stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
- Assign tasks to team members and communicate project requirements and expectations clearly
- Manage project procurement activities including ordering supplies, equipment, and materials
- Track project expenses and manage budgets to ensure projects stay within financial limits
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to project managers and stakeholders
- Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and blockers early to minimize delays
- Prepare and present project reports, presentations, and summary updates for management
- Ensure project compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project management software and collaboration tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented environments
