Project Coordinator

JOB REQUIREMENTS
. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
. Required Skill(s): Autocad, Revit , Microsoft Office
. Equipped with BCSS / Managing work at height holders
. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

JOB DESCRIPTION

. Project Coordination/Site management at construction sites

. Project planning & manage overall project schedule

. Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills

. To amend and update drawings as per the latest changes

. Attend tender interviews, site meetings and kick-off meetings

. Liaise between consultant and client for their needs and requirements

. Preparation of coordination/as build drawings and quotations for submission

. Manages procurement activities

. Ad hoc task assigned by superior
